Everything mentioned right, except leaving bank drop to the last, that can cause stumbling blocks, it is alright to produce paperwork as it is very easy to do, but if you are asked who you bank with, or asked for a sort code and account number, then you have to bring in the quick thinking at the same time as keeping your cool exterior while coming up with a reason you do not know then from memory, things like you have recently changed banks and the paperwork is in the car (also an excuse to get out of the meeting) this is not a joke scam you can laugh about and walk away from, i have experience plus i already have 2 business accounts.
